Now Accepting IUG 2027 Conference Program Proposals

IUG 2027 will be held in Boston, MA, April 1-3 (pre-conference day is March 31, 2027).

As with every IUG conference, you, our members, are the key to our success. The programming committee is excited to read your presentation proposals, and we look forward to partnering with you for IUG 2027! Accepted submissions will receive a discount code for conference registration.

Please note: This year there will be separate proposal forms for Pre-Conference, Program and Birds of a Feather. When it asks for an email address, please try to use the email that you plan to register for the conference with.

Pre-Conference proposals will be accepted beginning October 5, 2026, with a closing deadline of October 30, 2026. Click here to submit a pre-conference program proposal.

Program proposals will be accepted beginning October 5, 2026, with a closing deadline of November 9, 2026. Click here to submit a conference program proposal.

Birds of a Feather proposals have a simple form as we can accept BOF session submissions up to the conference. Click here to submit a Birds of a Feather session.
