Hello Jennifer,
I've attached a word document that I wrote describing our SCAT table : what it is and how it works.
Hopefully this will answer some of your questions.
You may have to contact Innovative to get passwords for your access to the SCAT table.
Let me know if you continue to be confused. You can call or email me.
Best regards,
Don

Subject: [IUG] web collection reports and scat table
Hi,
I've been reading about web collection reports and having a difficult time understanding how scat tables work as well as how it relates to the report. Can anyone suggest a good documentation source to help me put it in perspective. So far I have looked at IGR # 105444 and a page on csdirect http://csdirect.iii.com/documentation/scat.shtml. I'm still a bit unclear as to how categories are created or where to go to view our scat table. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
J.J. Crawley
