I'm not sure whether this is the most efficient way to do it, but I wrote a Perl script that will take an export from create lists and determine which items are the last item in their particular jurisdiction. (We have 9 jurisdictions and 35 branches in PLS.) It then puts those items into an inventory file to be re-uploaded to Millennium and put into a new create list using the Inventory product.
I'm happy to share it and talk with someone about how it's set up, if you have Perl knowledge in-house.

I am looking to delete all items with status "withdrawn" or "missing". But before deleting, I need to isolate all bib records were the only item attached has status missing or withdrawn.
