[IUG] LAT video dispensers

Hi,

one of our member libraries has been struggling with a couple of balky LAT
disc dispensers for the better part of the past year.  Their performance
has been unsatisfactory, at best.  Now LAT wants to upgrade them to a new
model, the "allCIRC-Cube". I'd appreciate hearing from any one using these
new units with Millennium.
