Thanks for the help. I've cleaned up the code as you suggested and now the columns are sizing as 31, 32, 37 (even though I specified 32, 33, 35).
I know my WebPAC needs a thorough going over. Perhaps there is something else messing with the sizing.

Two issues:
1) The first line in a group should contain the label and the percent. I normally just leave the percent off of subsequent lines in a group, or, set it the same as the first line in the group as an indicator.

2) I think there may be a stray character (line-feed maybe?) between these two lines:
