[IUG] Fine Payment product vs. ecommerce

Hi all,

I've been asked to get a quote for the Fine Payment product, but after reading the description on III (www.iii.com/products/patron_web_services.shtml<http://www.iii.com/products/patron_web_services.shtml>), I'm not sure if this product is available for a public library, sounds like it's specifically for academic. I can't find any sort of "Fine Payment vs. eCommerce" breakdown on the III or CSDirect sites, but maybe someone on the list can briefly summarize the main differences? I don't see anything about the Fine Payment product in CSDirect, just ecommerce.
