[IUG] Exporting records out of the WebPac

We are on release 2011. 

I would like to know what libraries have done to make it easier for patrons to export brief format records out of the WebPac, without signing into My Millennium. I find that using the "bag" is clunky and formats the records very awkwardly. Using the "bag's" brief format also omits the location code from the record, which is often essential for locating the item. What options are there for exporting records without a lot of steps? 

We also use RefWorks, but the I am having some difficulty getting the two to work together. If I try to search our catalog from RefWords' "Search online databases" feature, it doesn't always retrieve the same set of records that I  get from the WebPac. But when I try to export our records from the "bag" using the EndNote/Refworks formatting, the publisher name, location, and date are omitted. Can anyone help me with this?
