[IUG] SIP logs

Hello:
I am the Innovative Coordinator for our library system. We recently
upgraded to 2009B and it basically went OK, but I am having fun with
some clean up.
Do I have access to look at errors in our SIP logs or is that
something that has to go through the III Help Desk?
