Hi Ping,
There is a post on the IUG listserv about a "Cite This" script but it is
from 15 Jan 2009 -
The subject line is "Revised Script for OCLC's "Cite This" & ISBN's"
I found this by searching the listserve for cite this in quotes, for
example: "cite this"
