I tried MarcEdit to see if it would work for us. It works ok to save bibliographic records from GOBI and then upload them to Millennium using Data exchange. MarcEdit allows you to modify the records in batch before uploading them to Millennium. I thought you might be interested in looking at MarcEdit as one option.
