Since we had similar problems, I edited the text in request_result.html 
to display a custom message --

"You will receive an email when the material is ready for pick up at 
the  [pickup location] "

the system then inserts the pickup location chosen.

I've also added another note below this as our patrons don't often 
understand the delivery pickup locations.

"Please Note: Those eligible for home or office delivery will receive their
materials at the requested location."
