I'm new to this product, We're creating some custom reports for tracking
various holds and I was wondering:
- When I pull up a list in 'View Holds' and Select printing through FTS,
where can I find that file and how is it delimited (we obviously will have
some huge files and need to be able to control formatting)
- When using Scheduler to Create Lists/Review Files, I get unhelpful
messages from the Scheduler : Job has started, Job has Completed and Job
has Failed. Nothing identifies the specific job that was running except the
Start time. Other than keeping a list of unique start times and referring
back to it constantly, how can I make my tasks self-identifiying in the
noticwes?
- Create List is a wonderful tool for non-programmers, but a bit-head
likes to play with real data. Has anyone had any luck connecting the back
end to a data warehouse or SQL tool? Does Innovative supply ODBC connectors?
Thanks,
Mark Simon
