If NOT, and "has checked out" implies past tense, you could run a create
list on the item file looking for the patron number in the "Last Patron"
field to get some sense of what the patron once checked out (that no one
else subsequently checked out).
If IS, go to the opac and log in as the patron, unless you use PINs, then
you are out of luck.
