I assume you are asking about timeout in the Millennium client, which is set for the login. We have a limited number of user licenses, so we have a timeout set to chime an alert after 10 minutes of inactivity and then to exit the client after another 10 minutes of inactivity (20 min total). We do this so if a staff member goes off to a meeting and forgets to exit the client, the user license will not be tied up for more than 20 minutes.
If this is not what you're asking about, please disregard!

Subject: [IUG] Bibliographic Record Time Out?
I've received a question from a user regarding the bibliographic display, and I'm not quite sure how to answer her question.
>From her note, she says that after searching and displaying a bibliographic record, the record will time out in about 30 minutes and return to a search screen.
She has asked if the screen needs to time out at all.
I'm sitting here right now watching a bibliographic record that I've had up for about 25 minutes. I'm not sure if this is a wwwoption or something else. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
