Since this might be a 'one off' exercise for you,
and you're apparently non-technical, get your system
administrator to extract everything from the
/screens directory for you and put it somewhere convenient.

But if you want to learn - use an ftp client (outside of Millennium)
like Filezilla for example and simply highlight
everything and drag it into an empty folder somewhere.
