Thanks for the reply. We've been looking at general slowness issues for several other reasons. Innovative just installed a patch for digital signature pads that seems to have corrected this problem. So, in case anyone else out there runs into this problem, this might be another thing to check.

We are running Release 2009B 1.3, with Millennium clients installed on Windows 7 computers without any problem. We experience what you described a week, or so ago. The problem was our III server, busy running backup, using most of the system power. You can also run tracert, at the command prompt, (run cmd to get to the command prompt) i.e. C:\tracert your III server ip address from your computers experiencing the problem, and see if the trace complete ok.
