I've always thought of myself as more of a smarty-pants, than a wise-one, but I might be able to help.

I used to do this too, until a new release introduced something that prevented it from working, even on my PC. Fortunately, that was the same release that introduced the (unheralded, AFAIK) ability to save criteria for exporting/listing, which kind of obviates the need to use a macro. I'm not sure which release introduced this great feature -- when you go to export or list a review file, is there a button to save it (and apply one that's been saved)?
