[IUG] Printing in Acquisitions

Our Acquisitions person lately has been encountering an issue when he posts where the printer stops before the entire job comes out.  Sending another print job to the printer will cause the final pages of the post to come out at its beginning.
The issue is one that does not happen all the time.  The printer returns to ready state, and in the Printers & Devices menu, there is no indication that the whole job did not print.
He's on a Windows 7 32-bit machine, and we print to Laserjet 4050N printers off of the HP PCL6 Universal print driver.
Has anyone ever encountered this and/or have any ideas as to how to fix it?
