[IUG] ANU: enhancement request - ERM holdings display

re: ERM Holdings display of Conference proceedings - 
     user unfriendly display
 
We have identified an WebOPAC ERM holdings 
display issue that inconveniences end-users.
We think changing this would be a great enhancement,
although I prefer to think of it as a fix.
 
It shows up for us when viewing sets of conference 
proceedings in the ACM Digital Library holdings. 
 
The centre column has a set of links
corresponding to the holdings in col. #3. The links
are labelled identically and are not bulleted.
Even if you took a few minutes to make a patch that
renders the links as ordered lists (OL) it would
help, but ideally you would combine cols 2 and 3
so that the col 3 entries label the corresponding
links in col 2.
 
I'm pretty sure I can make a javascript kludge that
will take care of this for us temporarily.
 
Here's how to find instances of this problem at ANU.
I've included a screenshot, but I suspect it won't
come through on the IUG list.

4. After the screen finishes displaying, scroll down until
   you see something like this.
