I stand corrected, and thanks for bringing the fact that there are more than
one "login" screens to my attention. I will be making my edits to the
pverify_web.html file, and should have this sorted out before too long.

Not to be picky, but all three bring up *a* login screen, not *the* login
screen (because there are more than one in all systems). In this case it's
the screen associated with logging in to one's patron record
(pverify_web.html), which is the file you need to edit. (FWIW, if you view
the source code of a page and do a find in page for "this is", you should
see an HTML comment that tells you what file is being used to generate the
page.)

See the manual page for pverify_web.html (107019). The patform token writes
the entire patron verification form (seems odd that it would include the
campus creds piece if you don't have the external patron verification
product), but you can ditch that and use other tokens (see the "For advanced
customization of the form" section). In which case, don't include the
extpat tokens.
