Someone emailed me off list that there are OCLC sets (for purchase) for about the same number of titles.

Since allowing access to all 4,000 was a recent announcement, it might just be a waiting game with ebrary to see if the extra titles show up.  

I knew someone *smart* would figure this out. :>
