Subject: [IUG] What do you want from Sierra?
So, Innovative is developing a new ILS called Sierra. I'd like to start a discussion here about what we as Innovative customers would like to see in this new system. It's not clear how far along they are in development, but it seems like we should make some input into what we want from this new system as early in the process as possible. This could be an opportunity to address fundamental issues that can only be solved when you are designing a system from the ground up.
Let's tell III our thoughts on these questions:
What are the weaknesses of the current system that you would like to see improved in Sierra?
How would you suggest improvement?
What are the strengths that you want to be sure are preserved in the new system?
