[IUG] Cookie error message

Has anyone encounter this problem and found a resolution? Our browsers are set to accept cookies. If we follow the link with the WAM settings http://0-www.atypon-link.com.catalog.lib.cmich.edu/OLD/loi/hzhz, we receive a cookie error message. However, if we remove the WAM settings, we are able to access the site. Once the cookie is set, we can access the site with or without the WAM configuration. Any ideas why the cookie cannot be set when we follow the link with the WAM settings?
