[IUG] Express Lane / 3M RFID Pads

We are using Express Lane with 3M RFID pads.  We've been experiencing
intermittent problems with the units ceasing to read the RFID tags.  3M
tells us that our problem is unique.  Has anyone else using 3M RFID pads
with Express Lane experienced a similar issue?
