Subject: [IUG] 403 error

Hi,

Does anyone know why someone logging into the web 'My Account' would
receive a 403 "Unable to Locate Library Account"? I'm aware 403's can
mean various things, but the lack of locating the library account
doesn't seem to ring any bells for me.

Any info is greatly appreciated - thank you!

Lee
