Hey Susan, and all Loan Rule contestants,
Looks like your Loan Rule count of 603 is the winner--or loser, depending on how much you enjoy blindingly complex tables.
The Marmot Library Network of 20 institutions has "only" 355 Loan Rules, but our 2017 lines in the Loan Rule Determiner Table easily outnumber your 682.
I'd love to know whether any consortium out there has successfully mounted a loan rule simplification campaign.
You could say, "don't fix what ain't broke," but in my humble view anything this complex is so vulnerable it's already broken.
