[IUG] What fields are "searched" in Advanced Keyword Search?

Is there a table somewhere (in our system? on CSDirect?) that tells which fields are searched when Advanced keyword search is used?
 
We discovered this morning that it appears the GMD  (|h) is not searched. There is a drop-down menu for "any fields", "author", "title", "subject", and "note", but I guess we'd like to know which subfields of "title" are searched.
 
So the question came down to : what fields and subfields are included in the keyword search?  I sort of vaguely think I remember a table, maybe in WWWoptions, that gives the details, but I can't find it this morning.
