St Louis County uses a Google Spreadsheet that allows our branches to
indicate the status of their shelves for a particular type of material.
1. Collection is overflowing
2. Collection is appropriately sized
3. Collection has room for more materials.
When a collection is overflowing at a particular branch, the branch sends
items to a location where the collection has room for more. They indicate
how many items are sent or received on the spreadsheet.
We just started this a month ago, but it's been working well for us so far.

Hello,
I'd like to know if you are a multiple branch system and use floating
collections, how do you handle "readjusting" materials, or rebalancing
copies/subjects?
Thanks
