Same problem here, and I finally decided to try the route David mentioned and get rid of this awful DOCDEL_INNOVATIVE_INNOPAC parser that requires copies of the ILL form templates sitting on the SFX server. The linking syntax needed for directly linking to the ILL forms on the Millennium server is actually available in the Innovative documentation, though rather well hidden in the WebBridge section: http://csdirect.iii.com/webbridge/index.php?n=LinkSyntax.InnovativeInterlibraryLoan (csdirect login required)

As I have no Perl knowledge to speak of, I cobbled something together based on an existing parser and have figured out how to adapt it to work with our customized illj and illb forms. It already works fairly well with the exception of a bug that occurs when the author information is missing. I'll be happy to share it with you - and if you have anyone with Perl knowledge in house we can probably get that bug fixed quickly as well.

FWIW, if you use a token to create your ILL forms, the form should auto-populate with information from the URL without having to do anything else. If you don't use a token, some simple Javascript can do the trick.
