Re: [IUG] Group Study Rooms
[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]
We have three study rooms. Patrons book them for up to 2 hours per day, and
up to 2 weeks in advance. We record the reservations on a blank printed
schedule for the week that includes all the hours the library is open. We
keep them in a binder at the Main Circulation Desk. Patrons either call to
make reservations or come to the desk. They check out keys for the rooms at
the desk. If they arrive more than 10 minutes late, their room may be given
away.

Subject: [IUG] Group Study Rooms
We're moving (very shortly) into a new building where we will have Group
Study Rooms available.
We don't have them in our current building. We're wondering how others
have handled them -
what procedures and limits do you have? Do you book them through
Millennium?
Any information would be welcome.
