[IUG] Group Study Rooms

We're moving (very shortly) into a new building where we will have Group
Study Rooms available.
We don't have them in our current building. We're wondering how others
have handled them - 
what procedures and limits do you have?  Do you book them through
Millennium?

Any information would be welcome.
