Page 106904 in the manual describes the mechanism most sites use for 
displaying cover images in the WebPAC.  You need a source for the 
images; you need to configure the bibimage wwwoption to point to the 
source; then you need to place the appropriate tokens in 
bib_display.html and/or briefcit.html (see the manual pages for these 
customizable forms for the token values).

To display patron images in Millennium Circulation you need to 
acquire one of the products that allows you to do this (consult your 
sales representative), after which, page 105363 in the manual should 
be consulted for implementation steps.
