Alma, if you have the delivery headers for one of the affected emails could you send it to me or the list. It should be easy to pinpoint where the delay is happening by looking at the timestamps in the headers.

Recently we have found that our notices (all types) are experiencing a delay of up to 6 hours in getting to the patrons. I have checked with III and they are seeing all the emails being sent promptly at 6:00AM. Our network IT folks are looking into this but not seeing why some notices don't hit the patrons inbox until 11:52 PM. We are using Exchange. This all started about 2 or so weeks ago.

Any suggestions on where/what to look at would help. I will add, that all our Network IT folks have been here for a short time, most less than a year.
