As of today our numbers of Program Proposals in the following areas
continue to be down significantly from last year:



Acquisition and Serials - only 2 so far, compared to 8 last year

Cataloging - only 4 so far, compared to 9 last year

Circulation - only 4 so far, compared to 9 last year

E-tools (ERM, Research Pro, WebBridge, etc.) - only 2 so far, compared
to 11 last year
