[IUG] Circulation Statistics

How can I obtain circulation statistics through the statistics module older than 36 months ago?  My attempts have included: Range; Report On - item; Periodic Report; & OUT DATE by month.  I also tried Periodic Report with LOUTDATE and Periodic Report with Updated.

I played around with using Reports / Lists but I once again failed to find a field that could search properly by date.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
