[IUG] Need help understand a wwwoption

Hello,
I just noticed a WWWOPTION called XML_LABEL. It is defined, although it's not well suited for my brain to comprehend this close to happy hour.

It is on page Page # 106904 of the manual...scroll down a bit.

If you use this wwwoption, can you tell me how you use it or how it might be used?
