[IUG] express lane circulation statistics

Hi,

I'd like to obtain circulation statistics generated by a express lane (or self check-out station). We have several express lanes and we want to get a specific report for each express lane.

We use a separate log-in for each express lane, but I found each log-in doesn't have a statistics group number. I wanted to assign one, but the Millennium's Log-In Manager greys out the 'Edit Login' button so that I cannot edit 'statistics group number'. It seems to me that those log-ins are different from other regular log-in accounts.

Is there anything I can do? Or I just need help from the Innovative.

I already opened a ticket to the Innovative, but didn't get a response from them yet.

PS: we use a turn-key system of the Millennium 2009B 1.1 (the latest update).
