Good morning -- We are a large multi branch library but we still use Midwest Library Service for a portion of our book orders. They have given us excellent service over the years we have had a relationship with them. They provide the value added services we need, processing, etc. They are very easy to work with, a person always answers the phone. We have been very pleased with them and would have no trouble recommending them.

This might be a bit off topic, but we would like to find out who other academics libraries are order their books from. We were using Blackwell, but they are now part of YBP. We would really like to find out if there are any other vendors left out there?
Feel free to reply of the list to me.
