I think you can set the time on how long Teleforms will wait for a pickup.
In the very beginning we had some issues with 1 of the telephony boards that
were installed. Innovative figured that out and replaced it. Also we had
some line issues that produced similar results. We had 8 lines. Not all
were working perfectly. some lines had interference, which caused Teleforms
to give up prematurely. It took moving the speaker from line to line to
find it.

Good afternoon,

Our library upgraded from TNS to Teleforms_D in mid-July. Ever since then
the number of Unsuccessful Pick Up calls and Unsuccessful Overdue calls have
skyrocketed. Previously, we had 1 or 2 each month, now we have at least
11-69 calls showed up in these two categories each day. I wonder if other
library has experienced the same issue and what is the magic fix for the
issue.

A call has been opened with Innovative for a month now, but we cannot seem
to pin point a solution at this moment. So far, here is our observations:
1) all our incomplete calls are happening within a few minutes.
2) when we call patrons, they have voice mail that may take 5-6 rings
before the machine picked up.

I am hoping someone has experienced this and have found a fix for the
problem.
