[IUG] Multi-language support

Hi,
I'm looking at our Spanish pages and noticing that many of the words on our advanced Keyword page, for example, have been translated - but not all.  I found some other sites who seem to have accomplished this.  How did you do it?  I took ASAA training and thought there was something there, but I cannot seem to locate the actual labels I need to change, such as "Language", "Location" "Format", "Year" on our Advanced KW search.
I cannot seem to find anything in the documentation either.....

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
