Re: [IUG] Post 2009B Upgrade...did you switch to the 2009B

Hi Alison,
We're just upgrading from 2006? Pre-2006? to the 2007 example set. Staff love it and the persistent side navigation menu coordinates well with the interfaces of our library website, many databases, and Encore. I'm hoping that the 2009 example set was an update for those who like the tabs and top navigation, and a future example set will update the 2007 look when needed.

Hi all,
We upgraded to 2009B 1.1 on Friday. We are still using the R2007 example set for our WebPAC. Not sure if I'm a fan of the new look. Anyway, for those of you who did upgrade and rely on the example sets for the look/feel of your WebPAC...did you move to the 2009B example sets or plan to? I noticed that with some customized forms (pverify_web.html and pverify3_web.html), the <!-patform--> token doesn't seem to work as well (font shrunk, kind of smushed) and going the advanced customization route as suggested on #107019 ends up being a lot of work. I am questioning whether I bite the bullet and upload the 2009B set to my staging directory and just start working on that.
Of course, our director and board love the current look.
Any advice/words of wisdom appreciated.
Alison
