[IUG] Help with External Patron Authentication

I have asked this question of the helpdesk and not yet got a reply... so I wonder if any of you could shed any light on my questions.

We want to include a further Patron type to External Patron authentication. I have some questions to help us sort this.


1.      Is it possible to use more than one III_tag in the LDAP config file or must all logins match the same tag?

2.      Is it possible to use more than one KEY_ATTRIBUTE? or must all logins pick up the same Attribute?

3.      Can you give us some examples of how SUBSTITUTION works? Is it possible to add something to an attribute as well as take something away?

4.      Does the new Integrated login just sit on top of the settings that we already have in External Patron Authentication?

Our current LDAP config file is below with some bits replaced with *****.
