I can't get to your staging server to see what you are seeing, so can't 
tell what you may need to edit.

WNCLN has the new example set in staging http://wncln.wncln.org:2082/  
so you can see that our displays are complete.  We don't use 970 fields 
for TOCs, using Syndetics Plus instead.
