We haven't upgraded yet, and have put it off because the sample srchhelp X page I downloaded doesn't work. So I don't think it's any customization; I needed to change the topmenu anyway, so just downloaded the sample pages and tried to run them without any changes on the staging directory.

I called the help desk, but haven't heard back yet. Has anyone tweaked the most recent sample pages to get keyword to work?

It could be due to somebody at your library
being too clever with the srchhelp page or
using the wrong token? Just a guess. We've
upgraded two servers to rel2009B without that
particular problem (other problems, yes)
