What version of Millennium are you using? We are on Release 2007. Our
copy of page #107534 does not mention biba as an option. A number of
users have complained about the absence of an Author field for print
templates spine labels. I have not heard any report that the Author
field has been added to Release 2009, and I don't know what the manual
page says in that release.
If it is indeed available in Release 2009, then you probably cannot use
a print template created under Release 2007. The definition of what
fields are valid are defined within the template itself, so a R2007
template won't contain the biba definition. What you would have to do
is start over. Take one of the default templates provided in R2009,
verify that the biba field is available, then edit the template to your
satisfaction, saving it to a new file name.
If biba really is available under R2009, please let us know! A lot of
people have been waiting for the Author field to be added.
