I couldn't remember for sure, but thought I had played with self booking some time ago, but found the other day when I tried to use it, it wouldn't work either (we're 2009B).  I had to place a call to Innovative.

We upgraded to Release 2009B on May 18th and now find that self-booking 
isn't working.  I have a call in but has anyone else run into this after 
upgrading?
