Here's an easy way to get a list:
1. Do a Create List of all bib records with location = multi
2. Export the bib and item locations to Excel. Now a visual check of the columns shows which bibs only have one item record. You also need to include bib and item record numbers in the export to identify the records needing a fix.

Hello,
Please excuse me if this question has been previously asked and answered. I am new to this list and I tried to search the archives.
We are starting to do some analysis of our circulating collections and have discovered that several bib records in our catalog have 2 locations, but only one attached item record. Our item and bib locations match and when we have one title in more than one location, we use multiple bib locations (one for each copy at a different location). However, the records that we are finding have two bib locations and only one item. We think that over time items have been deleted and the bib location was never reconciled.
Does anyone know how I can create a list of bib records that have multiple locations, but only one attached item record? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
