[IUG] Erroneous search results

In our Millennium and Opac, when you search Subject: France, there
are erroneous results:

In Millennium:

France --> Authority record
France --> see related SUBJECTS.

Clicking on see related yields
           --> see Arras (France)
           --> see Amiens (France)
           --> see Tarbes (France)

none of which has a 451 directly from France.

This manifests in the Opac as:
Appac (France) -- 5 related Subjects.

Clicking on this yields
 Appac (France)
 1       see Arras (France) [which is correct, just why is it 
preceding France]
 2       see Amiens (France) [which has no reference from either Appac
 or France]
 3       see Tarbes (France)                                   "
 4       see also the narrower term Americanism (Catholic controversy)
 [which has no reference from either Appac or France]
 5       see also France combante [which is correct, just why is it
 preceding France, but no reference to Appac]

All of which precedes France as a subject

Is this a known occurrence?
