It looks like you're using sorttable.js, and I think this script is the
cause, but only in IE. And I'm not sure why. Try removing the script
call on your staging port and see if the header reappears. We get the
same behavior you're seeing (R2009A), but I haven't had time to go
through the script and find where it needs to be modified.
