[IUG] quick answer, I hope, re BCODE based scopes

I can't find this in the documentation, nor do I see something that 
answers this question for me in the Scopes FAQ on CSDirect (which is not 
the same thing as it not being there--but if it is, I don't understand).

We have a number of scopes on our system based on MAT TYPE, and some 
based on BIB LVL, but is it possible to set up a scope based on both, 
with Boolean and grouping (e.g. BIB LVL = s and MAT TYPE = our code for 
e-resources--this is just a kind of lame example).
